Join our sweet live/online sangha & enjoy low impact poses,
embodied practices, breath work and meditation intended to soften and open the heart and the body. This is a trauma sensitive experience. Please reach out if you have any questions.
This is for yourself, your family, community and the wild world at large.
All levels and abilities are welcome. All you need is some quiet space, internet access and a willingness to listen in. More about my yoga instruction here.

Meditating in community is nourishing & powerful.
We'll take 5 minutes to do some simple somatic exercises (sitting or standing), meditate for 20 minutes (i will guide and/or we will sit in silence...you can follow along with what i offer or do your own practice). It's about creating coherence together. No experience necessary. Please share only with folks you know who might be interested.

This is a week-long virtual offering, open to all levels of experience. There are huge benefits to giving the body (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) space to clear and cleanse especially as we move into spring. Just a few benefits are - greater mobility, clarity, balance, joy and peace..
This will be a supported experience, in community, and you will have the choice to explore at a very gentle pace, or something more robust. There will be prep materials to go through and things to set in place before we begin.

Sunday 4/10 - 3-4:30pm CT - Beginning

all levels welcome - focus on gentle cleansing of lymph, liver & kidneys
Thursday 4/14 - 4-5pm CT - Community

Saturday 4/16 - 3:30-4:30pm CT-pm - Celebration
Cost - (after deposit) sliding scale $55-$95 - pay what you can.
The knowledge you receive during this week-long cleanse can be incorporated into your daily routine and accessed onwards.

My teaching style is rooted in Hatha Yoga & informed by somatic & trauma informed practices.
The experience of Yoga I can offer includes asana, as well as pranayama (breathing) and guided meditation techniques.
The three foundational energies of my practice & my teaching style are the union of movement, breath & awareness.
On your mat, I intend to guide you into your own body as it moves, the breath breathing you and your awareness so you may more fully inhabit your body and your life.
My classes are all mixed level (unless otherwise notes) and everyone is welcome!
In my role as teacher I strive to:
- Give each student the tools to pay attention, listen within and actualize their individual process of self-discovery and personal transformation
- Adapt the many methods of yoga practice to the suit each students' unique conditions, needs and interests.
- Help each student move mindfully and joyfully through life.
