Join our sweet live/online sangha & enjoy low impact poses,

embodied practices, breath work and meditation intended to soften and open the heart and the body. Classes are low impact, accessible and are trauma informed.

All levels and abilities are welcome.  All you need is some quiet space, internet access and a willingness to listen in.  More about my instruction here.

Somatic Yoga Nidra
