Join our sweet live/online sangha & enjoy low impact poses,

embodied practices, breath work and meditation intended to soften and open the heart and the body. This is a trauma sensitive experience. Please reach out if you have any questions. 

This is for yourself, your family, community and the wild world at large. 

All levels and abilities are welcome.  All you need is some quiet space, internet access and a willingness to listen in.  More about my yoga instruction here.

Somatic Yoga Nidra

Rest is learning to listening into you body which is one key ingredients in listening well with your life, your partner, your family members....Join me for an embodied experience in Somatic Yoga Nidra, and some deep rest and deep listening.

Virtual-Live, Thursdays: November 4 & 18th  - 3pm CT  

 

Please RSVP and I will send out the link. Classes will run @ 60-70 minutes and include somatic exercises, gentle stretching, yoga nidra and breathwork.
